Starkweather is complete!!! and other stuff..
Yes, I've finally finished Starkweather: Immortal, soon to be a beautiful hardcover graphic novel from Archaia. It's got 138 pages of story, a lot of fun backmatter (the covers from the series, an original prose story by Piers Anthony, and more) and a rip-roarin' contemporary fantasy story which will CHANGE YOUR LIFE FOREVER!
OR not. But probably. Can you take the chance to miss that opportunity? I thought not.
Find out more on my blog! I'll be doing a couple of posts a week about Starkweather, my art process on it, the creative journey that led to it, and more. http://megaflowgraphics.blogspot.com
Also lately...
I have been getting a bit of work from Wizards of the Coast, Sony, and Blizzard. But those jobs are done, and I'm waiting for some more. Currently I'm doing 9 cards for Legends of the Five Rings, and a little bit of work for Marvel's marketing folks, on some TOP SECRET projects. I love being able to say that!
And of course the Ninja Mountain podcast (for artists, by artists, celebrating the craft and business of professional illustration) goes on unabated. We just had our ONE YEAR ANNIVERSARY show! Find Ninja Mountain on iTunes or here: http://ninjamountain.blogspot.com
As to Beyond the Bleed... I've been sort of absent around here, but plan to drop by more often in the near future.
If you've got ANY questions at all, please feel free to ask them and I shall respond. Promise! I may even make sense, though that part I do NOT promise in the least.
