Sketchbook

It occurred to me that until my little corner of the forum builds a large steady readership, there will be a lot of browsing, not reading. With that in mind, I've created the sketchbook. I'll be including a new sketch here(as well as at my art blog) everyday at the most, or 3 times a week at the least. Casual browsers are going to be more interested in a quick view than a long read. Hell, you've probably already stopped reading this. Those that have been to my blog are more than welcome here, but you will be getting some of the same sketches, but I promise to leave a few exclusives here once and a while.

The Ghoul an IDW series by Steve Niles and Bernie Wrightson that I've been enjoying very much!

Re: Sketchbook

Thanx Jason!
here's some more of this week's playful stuff. remember Marvel's Night Shift?I I hope you enjoy these sketches as much as I enjoy "re-inventing" obscure Marvel characters.

Then, just for fun, I digitally masked and composited the sketches onto a background that I had already painted and used in an issue of Fallen Angel:Reborn.

If you've still got the files sitting around somewhere, wanna show 'em the Samson work you did for my (defunct) pitch?

Re: Sketchbook

I'm hoping I have it on disc back-up somewhere, but I can't be sure. that was 6 cities ago. Hard to be sure what survives a move. Much harder to know what survives 6 of them.

I'll look and get back to you. check back here periodically.
